The hotel rooms at Ritz were standard, well-appointed with very comfy beds, and had a nice lodge feel. While I wished for a late checkout, the room was going to be occupied after we left. Service was top-notch with delightful staff, warm and professional service, and exceptional customer care. The location was special with a cozy atmosphere and great nighttime entertainment. The dining area was bustling, offering pricey pastries and a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room for improvement in some areas.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The beautiful rooms are a bit outdated and overpriced but the service is exceptional. The incredible location surrounded by Lake Oconee and the amenities provided made my stay enjoyable with some minor drawbacks in the dining options.
